Wills Probate and Property Matters

The department is headed by our Senior Partner Mr. Anthony Davies, a member of the Law Society's Probate Practitioner Group, and Solicitors for The Elderly.

The department undertakes many aspects of legal work including:-

Conveyancing – the department deals with all aspects of residential property including mortgages.

Wills – In addition to drawing up new wills the department will advise on updating wills as your circumstances change and so that your will continues to reflect your wishes.

Probate and Administration of Estates – Sensitive advice and understanding when winding up an Estate after a death so that the assets can be distributed to the beneficiaries.

Inheritance Tax Planning – Advice on a wide range of tax planning measures which may reduce the potential for paying Inheritance Tax tailored to your particular situation.

Elderly Client – An independent, national organization of Lawyers who are committed to providing the highest quality of legal advice for older and vulnerable people, their families and carers. Anthony has been a member of this organization for a number of years.

Financial Advice - The firm has arrangements in place with local financial advisers to provide independent financial advice for all our clients.

The department will always undertake home visits.
