Non-Contentious Department:

This Department is headed by are senior partner Mr Anthony Davies, a member of the Law Society's Probate Practitioners Group, and assisted by Caesar Adere and Jonathan Hill. The range of work within the department deals with Conveyancing,both leasehold and freehold, and both residential and commercial in nature,Probate and estates, Wills, Trusts, Deeds of gift, powers of attorney, and receivership by the Court Protection, together with the myriad of other matters relating to the main headings.

The department as you will see deals with the most important decisions that can be made in the life of an individual or a family, and the concerns that people have as they manage their affairs.Independent financial advice is most important in the matters which we deal with. We are able to assist in this with one of the largest independent advisors in the country. They are truly independent, and not as so often assumed linked to just a few financial providers. They will provide across-the-board advice as to the best seen for you.
