Our Family Department is headed by Susan Hughes, a Family Law Legal Executive and Member of the Family Law Panel. She is supported within the department by Partner Michael Davey, a member of the Law Society`s Family Law Panel, solicitor Trina Wilkins and Legal Executive Teresa Necke.

We realise that family problems and disputes can cause anxiety and distress. Our Family department will deal both professionally and sympathically with your particular circumstances.

The legal staff of this department have many years of experience between them, and are dedicated to providing you with an expert service. Areas of expertise include divorce, financial issues, child law,domestic abuse injunctions and issues associated with the breakdown of cohabitation/unmarried relationships.

Urgent matters can be dealt with at short notice,including injunctions or other matters where a family member may be at risk.

The high standards set down by the Legal Services Commission have meant that the work of our Family Department must meet with strict transaction and procedural criteria.
