Family Department:

Our Family Department is headed by Susan Hughes, a Family Law Legal Executive and Member of the Law Society's Family Law Panel.

We realise that family problems and disputes can cause anxiety and distress. Our Family department will deal both professionally and sympathically with your particular circumstances, including providing mediation and guidance where appropriate.

The legal staff of this department have many years of experience between them, and are dedicated to providing you with an expert service. Areas of expertise include divorce, financial issues, including business assets, child law and issues associated with the breakdown of cohabitation/unmarried relationships.

Urgent matters can be dealt with at short notice,including injunctions or other matters where a family member may be at risk.
